Okay, so today's post is titled "The First Ten." Dedicated to the first ten pounds I am working on losing. I have had weight issues every since I can remember. Not any more though! I recently started reading "The Secret" and it's really not a secret, it just makes sense. I'm going to try my hardest to only put out what I want to get back. It should be noted, these first ten pounds I do not want back!! They are always the hardest to lose. I just know when I see the scales hit 190lbs, I'll be super charged.
So look out world, I unloadin' 10 big ones. Night Night.
